Webflow had serious challenges with visibility into the health of its community and quantifying its impact on the business. Bevy’s data collection and integration capabilities gave the team the confidence to know their community was succeeding. When it came to conferences, the team needed that same confidence, plus a smooth transition to virtual for its community members.
In total, Webflow hosted 4400 attendees total across 8 events on Bevy Virtual Conference. Attendees mingled with each other in the chat, attended breakout sessions, watched tutorials from sponsors, and networked at built-in tables. The conference also allowed Webflow community members to familiarize themselves with Bevy before rolling it out to manage their community moving forward.
“Overall the event was a success! We were blown away by the amount of engagement from our thousands of attendees during the events and how seamless it was to learn and use the platform. We were so thankful for the level of support provided by the Bevy staff leading up to the event and during execution.”
The Webflow World Tour gave the community a chance to connect with designers, business owners, marketers and developers from companies all over the world. Following the World Tour, Webflow received over 100 applications to start new local community groups.
